Use of the service
HiringOpsHQ provides hiring funnel software for creating application links, collecting candidate materials, reviewing applications, managing pipeline stages, and sending hiring-related communications.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the job postings they publish, the application questions they ask, the hiring decisions they make, the accuracy of their account information, and compliance with employment, privacy, anti-discrimination, recordkeeping, and communication laws that apply to their business.
Human-reviewed AI
HiringOpsHQ may provide AI-assisted summaries, scorecards, review areas, missing-information notes, and interview questions. AI output is not a final hiring decision and must be reviewed by a human. Customers may not use the service to make unlawful, discriminatory, or fully automated hiring decisions.
Acceptable use
Customers may not use HiringOpsHQ to collect unlawful information, request protected personal information that is not job-related, harass candidates, send spam, reverse engineer the service, bypass security controls, or access another business's candidate data.
Rental access and billing
HiringOpsHQ may be sold as rental access for a fixed hiring period, such as 30, 90, 180, or 365 days. Access, applicant limits, closeout periods, billing terms, and refund rules may be shown at checkout or in the account. Charges may appear from FocalPoint Coaching / Coach Joey or another configured merchant descriptor for HiringOpsHQ access.
Setup confidence guarantee
For first-time purchases, HiringOpsHQ may offer a 5-day setup confidence guarantee. If a customer cannot get their first hiring funnel set up during that window, they should contact support so we can help with setup or review a refund request. This guarantee does not promise applicants, interviews, hires, job-board performance, candidate quality, or hiring outcomes.
Candidate data and exports
Customers are responsible for reviewing, exporting, retaining, and deleting candidate data according to their own legal obligations. HiringOpsHQ is designed to provide a closeout/export path after rental access ends, but customers should not rely on the service as their only long-term recordkeeping system.
Service availability
HiringOpsHQ may be updated, interrupted, limited, or unavailable from time to time. We work to maintain a reliable product, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every feature will be available at all times.
